Visa Information

Invitation letters

If you do require a visa for your entry to Norway (please see this page in the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI) website for more information), the conference office can issue letters of invitation. For security reasons, letters of invitation can only be sent to bona fide individuals who have registered for the 2015 conference. You can register here.

Please direct your request for a letter in support of a visa application to frank@ifi.uio.no. Please indicate:
  • Your full name (first name, middle initial, family name)
  • Date of birth
  • Passport number
  • The title of your paper/tutorial (if applicable)
