Registration

The deadline for early registration is June 1st, 2015. Register before this date to get discounted rates.

Note that we must receive at least one non-student conference registration for each paper, accepted in the research, industry, or grand challenge track by May 13. For each accepted poster or demo, there must be at least one student or non-student conference registration received by May 17. If the registration is not received in time, the paper will not be included in the proceedings.

  • What is included in the registration? Registration includes participation in the main DEBS program as well as DEBS tutorials and the Doctoral Symposium. Registration also includes lunch every day, coffee breaks, a reception (June 30th), and the conference banquet (July 1st).
  • How to register? To register for the conference, go to the RegOnLine registration site.
  • How to cancel the registration? Cancellation of conference registration will incur a $100 administrative charge that will be deducted from the amount refunded. You can cancel your registration through the registration site.
